'Culture of corruption'

I listened to the recent debate on KMJ between Rep. George Radanovich and TJ Cox.

During the debate, TJ Cox said that he was of the understanding that Rep. Radanovich had thrown a baby shower with former lobbyist (now convicted felon) Jack Abramoff and asked Radanovich if that was, in fact, true.

Rep. Radanovich's response? "Yes ... but what does that have to do with the price of tea in China?"

Well, it will probably have no effect whatsoever on the price of tea in China.

However, it troubles me deeply that my representative in Congress has had such an informal friendship with one of the most corrupt lobbyists in the history of our government.

The Republican "culture of corruption" has gone on long enough. It is time to return ethics to Congress.

We must elect TJ Cox to Congress on Nov. 7.
