Your headline, "Kerry gaffe ignites outrage" says it all. You defend a man who at best is denigrating our commander-in-chief during war, and at worst is demeaning the brave soldiers, many from our Valley, who are defending our country from our enemy.
Based on his record, he is more than likely attacking our military just like he did before Congress, during another war where our soldiers were in harm's way.
Before excusing his comments, ask military members and their families what they think he means. It was shameless and borders on the seditious.
