Jeff Sessions, attorney general announced President Trump’s decision to bring DACA to an end. In his remarks about that, he said “... we cannot admit everyone who would like to come here.”
The young people he is talking about are already here, and have been here for years. They were brought here when they were children by their parents years ago. They had no choice. Many of them know no other country. Duh!
They aren’t people “who would like to come here”! Where’s the “justice” in telling them they now have to get out or we’ll put them out, send them back to the countries from which their parents came. These are countries most of them have little knowledge of or know nothing about.
What a mean-spirited, heartless country we’re becoming. With Sessions in charge, they ought to change the name of the Department of Justice to the Department of Injustice.
