The details of Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump’s South Valley visit are now clear: He’s coming to Tulare on Aug. 30.
Tim Clark, California state director for the Trump campaign, said Wednesday night that the location for the fundraiser is still to be announced, but it will be a luncheon, with the cost set at $2,700 per person.
Anthony Ratekin, chief of staff for Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Tulare, said Trump will discuss federal regulations dealing with agriculture and water.
The event will be private, so media will not be allowed to cover it.
It will be Trump’s second central San Joaquin Valley visit this year following a May 27 campaign stop at Selland Arena.
