The 41st Vintage Days at Fresno State, the campus’ celebration of spring and last chance to let off steam before the end of the semester, started Friday.
This year’s highlight: an attempt to break the Guinness World Record for “Largest Human Video Game Controller.” The record stands at 259 people. It was set by Sony Hong Kong in 2013.
Another highlight is a sidewalk chalk competition Saturday.
The event is just part of the weekend-long celebration on the Maple Mall on the east of campus that features a full schedule of live music, plus a Kids Zone, crafts fair, beer and wine garden and outdoor movie showing of “Mockingjay Part 1.”
