Congressional Art Competition open for students

The deadline for high school students to submit artwork for the 2015 Congressional Art Competition is April 22.

In addition to having their art displayed in the United States Capitol, the first place winner also receives a trip to Washington.

The second and third place winners will have their artwork displayed in Congressman Valadao’s Washington and Hanford Offices.

All artwork and signed release forms must be brought to Congressman Valadao’s Hanford or Bakersfield offices.

The competition is open to high school students in California’s 21st Congressional District
