A threatening voicemail that was left at the east campus of Central High School over the weekend prompted an evacuation of the school Monday morning.
The campus was evacuated about 8:30 a.m. and students returned to class about 10:15 a.m., a Central Unified School District spokesperson said.
Fresno police officers searched the campus of about 2,000 students, but they found nothing suspicious.
An automated phone message was sent to parents, informing them of the evacuation, the spokesperson said.
