A Kerman High teacher who was arrested last month after she allegedly admitted to having sex with a student will be arraigned today in Fresno County Superior Court on three felony charges of unlawful sex.
A criminal complaint charges Maria Angelica Vega, 34, with unlawful sexual intercourse and oral copulation with a person younger than 18.
The crime is alleged to have occurred Oct. 31, the complaint said. Vega was arrested Nov. 9 at the school district office.
