Clovis police arrest 5 men after home invasion

Five men were arrested in Clovis after a March 2 armed home invasion, Clovis police said.

Around 11:15 p.m., several armed men entered a home in the 2700 block of Sunnyside Avenue, Clovis police said. One of the the home’s residents was injured in an altercation with one of the men.

After hearing the disturbance, neighbors went to help the victims and chased several of the men away, Clovis police said. The men fled in a vehicle, and a witness gave police a description and direction of their travel.

Officers found the vehicle and detained five men, police said.

Officers arrested Charles Mao, 21, Victor Pech, 26, and Timmy My, Kevin Pech and Johnny Pech, all 20. They were charged with conspiracy to commit home invasion, false imprisonment, kidnapping, attempted homicide and other charges.

The men were booked into Fresno County Jail.
