A reputed Fresno gang member whose bowl haircut drew social media interest when he was arrested earlier in the year was back in the news after another arrest Wednesday night.

Fresno police said that Joseph Rivera was with another man, identified as Christopher Monzon, inside a vehicle in the 4800 block of East University Avenue when officers made contact. The two were reportedly in possession of a loaded, cut-down shotgun.

It was the second arrest on weapons charges this year for Rivera. In February, he was booked after cops said he was carrying a loaded handgun. On April 2, Rivera was booked on felony auto theft charges as well as hit and run and resisting arrest.

Monzon, with a similar haircut, was also booked into jail.
