Hanford police searching for stabbing suspects

Hanford police are asking for the public’s help in finding two gang members suspected of critically stabbed a man the night of April 3.

The suspects, identified as Adam Solorio, 24, and Abel Garnica, 18, stabbed the victim several times in the backyard of a home on the 100 block of West Ivy Street, police said. The victim had to be airlifted to Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno after suffering critical stab wounds.

Solorio and Garnica escaped law enforcement after the attack and the knife used in the stabbing has not been recovered, police said.
