Fresno police arrest ex-felon on gun charge

An ex-felon was arrested Saturday in Fresno when officers found a loaded double-barreled shotgun in his trailer, police announced Sunday.

Sgt. James Fowler said James Radley, 46, an ex-felon, was charged with possessing the weapon. Officers surrounded Radley’s home after hearing from neighbors that he might have weapons.

A second man, Eric Barber, 26, was arrested at Radley’s residence for an alleged probation violation.
