Men burglarize southeast Fresno ice cream shop

Police are searching for two men they say smashed the front glass door of a southeast Fresno ice cream shop with a rock on March 3 and stole more than $1,000 in cash.

Sgt. Mark Hudson said a truck driver reported seeing the two men running from Paletalandia Ice Cream Shop at 3142 E. Tulare Ave. just after 3 a.m.

The men were described as 5 feet 9 inches and 180 pounds. One man was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans, while the other was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and jeans.
