A man was arrested Monday after a woman reported someone recorded her with a cellphone while she was in the restroom of a Kohl’s department store, Hanford police reported.
Manuel Mariscal, 23, of Hanford was arrested on charges of invasion of privacy.
The woman told officers she saw someone put a cellphone under the door of a restroom stall while she was inside. She noted the suspect was wearing gray Converse shoes and was still in the area.
