Police are looking for a man who robbed a Union Bank inside a Save Mart supermarket in northwest Fresno around noon Monday.
Fresno police said the unknown man, armed with a black semi-automatic handgun, demanded money from bank teller, who gave the man an unknown amount of cash. He then got into a gray minivan without license plates that was parked directly in front of the Save Mart at 7075 N. Marks Ave. He drove away in an unknown direction.
The suspect is believed to be Hispanic or white, about 6-feet tall with a medium to heavy build. He was last seen wearing a light blue button-up shirt, black and white beanie, white gloves, and black bandana covering his face.
Anyone with information is asked to call robbery detective Daniel Messick at (559) 621-2423 or Crime Stoppers at (559) 498-STOP, where tips can be made anonymously and information leading to an arrest may receive a reward of up to $1,000.
