A Fresno woman identified by police as a Bulldog gang member was arrested late Friday night when officers spotted her driving a stolen truck.
Sgt. James Fowler said police were on the lookout for several Chevrolet S-10 trucks recently stolen in northwest Fresno. When police spotted a light-blue Chevy S-10 just west of Highway 99 near Belmont Avenue, they checked the license plate. After learning the truck was stolen, police stopped the truck and arrested the driver, Michelle Gunlund, 32.
Fowler said Gunlund is a known Bulldog gang member who is on probation for auto theft and was wanted for violating her release program.
Gunlund was booked into Fresno County Jail for the probation violation, the release warrant and driving a stolen vehicle.
