GIRLS SOCCER HIGHLIGHTS

Bianka Garcia assisted on the go-ahead goal before scoring the next two as Memorial snapped a 2-2 second-half tie and defeated Sunnyside 5-2 in a County/Metro Athletic Conference game on the Panthers' field. Sunnyside, down 2-0, had tied it on goals from Grecia Bustos. Then Natalya Ferdinandi scored on Garcia's feed for the 3-2 lead. Memorial is 12-4-4 overall and 6-2 in the league.
