GIRLS VOLLEYBALL HIGHLIGHTS

Morgan Pose had 10 kills and six blocks, and Symone Hayden added 11 kills and 24 digs as No. 9 Central rallied back from a 2-0 deficit to edge Edison 7-25, 22-25, 25-12, 25-21, 15-13 in a nonleague match. Alaysia Brown's 15 kills paced Edison.

Alyssa Monteverde had 19 kills and four blocks, and Lauren Meador added 10 kills and 13 digs for the two-time defending Central Section Division I champion Golden Eagles in a match that will likely have a major impact on playoff seedings.
