Miss Winkles Pet of the Week of March 7: Cappuccino

Cappuccino
Cappuccino

He’s smart, energetic, sweet, and comes in a handsome and little package. Cappuccino is a fun-loving wirehaired terrier blend who has about 7 years of life experience to show off in his new home. This charming young man loves to play fetch and, though he can’t carry a tennis ball very easily since he’s had a few teeth removed, he has become fond of rope toys. He will play and play, bringing the rope toy back to you until he’s all tuckered out.

Cappuccino has shown us a very gentle side, too, and does well with children who visit the adoption center. He doesn’t mind being held, and is a nice blend of relaxation and energy for someone looking to enjoy short walks and vegging out in front of the television. Cappuccino is all ready for his new home and has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He would be a great fit for someone looking to take home a well-balanced pup with a handsome face. What are you waiting for? Cappuccino is waiting!

Miss Winkles Pet Adoption Center is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday at 85 Temperance Ave. just south of Sierra Avenue. All adoptable pets have been spayed or neutered, are current on their vaccinations and microchipped.

Adoption fees are $25 for dogs, cats, kittens and puppies.

Note: the Pet of the Week may no longer be available after press time, but plenty of other adoptable pets are. Visit clovisanimalservices.org/miss-winkles for more information.
