Dr. Angela Rodriguez, craniofacial surgeon, was named director of the Children's Hospital Central California Pediatric Plastic Surgery Department craniofacial anomalies clinic.

Michelle Walker was recognized as reverse mortgage specialist for February by US Mortgage Home Loan Center.

Patrick Prince of Keller Williams Fresno has "capped" by paying the maximum percentage of each commission to the company and will now receive 100% of his commission until he reaches his anniversary date with the company.

Tony Avila, AIA, and Mike Fennacy, AIA, both of Darden Architects, have been elevated to principals in the firm.

Mick Goodenough was appointed VP/Group Sales Director-Western Operations for Stewart Title Co. Goodenough will oversee the sales effort in 14 Western states and is based in the Fresno office.

The California Armenian Home was awarded a Golden Survey by the Department of Public Health Surveyors and is recognized as a Five-Star facility by the Medicare and Medicaid rating system.

Awards

Dona Shores, manager of Visalia Public Cemetery, received the Manager of the Year award at the California Association of Public Cemeteries annual conference.

Dr. Richard Moors, an EYE-Q ophthalmologist, received the American Red Cross Community Partner Hero Award for his philanthropic efforts on behalf of Liga International's Central San Joaquin Chapter, which strives to provide free health care to the impoverished city of Ocoroni, Mexico.

The Adventist Health/Selma Community Hospital Foundation was selected as the 2011 Selma Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year, and Adventist Health/Central Valley Network was named the 2011 Hanford Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year.

Donations

Valley Toyota donated $5,000 to Hanford Elementary School District's Educational Foundation.

New faces

Sonia Hall joined Acquisition Partners of America as partner and director of grant strategies.

Ryan D. Weaver joined Aon Risk Solutions as an account executive aiding in the broking, placing and renewing of insurance policies, as well as the assessment of liabilities and assets.

Brianne Marriott joined the Community Medical Centers Legal Services department and is responsible for providing legal services to the hospital system and the board of trustees.

Maria Manuel joined Moore Twining Associates Inc. as quality manager for the Analytical Testing Division.

Agents joining London Properties are Ruben Almaraz, Frankie Donobedian and Daniel Khin, Fresno office, and Nathan Rose, Clovis office.

Sondi Roberts, Gloria Dale and Bob Salvo joined Keller Williams Fresno.

Daniel S. Castro, a patent attorney, joined Coleman & Horowitt, LLP as senior counsel and will work from the Fresno and Los Angeles offices.
