Clovis detectives investigating a tip about drug dealing arrested a 27-year-old Fresno man and a 42-year-old Madera man on suspicion of drug-related charges about 6 p.m. in the Applebee's parking lot at Fresno Street and Friant Road, police spokeswoman Janet Stoll-Lee said.
