A Clovis gang member is back in Fresno County Jail in connection with the rape of a 16-year-old girl, and his brother was arrested on suspicion of witness intimidation, the Clovis Police Department said.
Jordan Perez, 23, a member of the Juggalo gang, was arrested May 12 in connection with the rape of two other juvenile girls in February and March at Jefferson Elementary School after normal school hours. He was later released on bail.
On Wednesday, officers identified a third victim who said she was assaulted at Perez's home.
Perez is alleged to have used his status as a gang member seduce and intimidate the victims. Officers say Bryce Perez, 26, threatened and intimidated the third victim to prevent her from reporting the assault. Both were arrested Wednesday.
