UPDATE: Timothy Kearn returned safely to his mother’s home Thursday night.
ORIGINAL STORY: Fresno police are asking for the public’s help to find 16-year-old Timothy Kearn. His mother said her son, who has autism, ran away Sunday afternoon in the area of Belmont and Palm avenues.
Brenda Jayne shared a post on Facebook pleading for his safe return.
Fresno police said Timothy was last seen around 3 p.m. Sunday on the 300 block of North Ferger Avenue, an area near the Lowell neighborhood south of the Tower District.
“He is known to frequent the Tower District and may be with friends,” police said.
Timothy is described as 5-foot 10-inches tall, with blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing “black joggers” with a white stripe down the side, and a thin black hoodie sweater with holes cut in the sleeves for his thumbs.
