At-risk adult who was missing in Visalia area has been found

UPDATE: The missing man was found late Wednesday night, according to a post by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office on Facebook:

“Thanks to the public’s assistance, Tulare County Sheriff Deputies have located 64-year-old Larry Hulsey. He has been found SAFE and has been reunited with his family.”

ORIGINAL STORY: The Tulare County Sheriffs are seeking help to find a missing at-risk adult in the Visalia area.

Larry Hulsey, 64, was last seen around 11 a.m. Wednesday in the 14000 block of Avenue 313 in Visalia. He was wearing a red and gray flannel with dark gray sweatpants and gray tennis shoes, according to Tulare County Sheriffs.

He has been undiagnosed with Alzheimers, according to family members.

Hulsey is 6 feet, 200 pounds, and is said to have salt and pepper hair, with hazel eyes.
