The Fresno County Probation Department is hosting several events in the next two weeks in celebration of National Crime Victims’ Rights Week.
The department and several victim witness advocates will hold a live interview 1 p.m. Wednesday on KFCF Free Speech Radio (FM 88.1) to promote crime victims’ resources.
On April 21, the Fresno County Board of Supervisors and Fresno City Council are expected to approve proclamations declaring April 19-25 “National Crime Victims’ Rights Week.” The Victims’ Memorial Quilt Ceremony will also be held April 21 at 6 p.m. at the James Rowland Crime Victim Assistance Center at 2233 Kern St. in downtown Fresno.
