San Joaquin Valley Homes has broken ground on new homes in Viscaya, a master-planned community in Dinuba.

The neighborhood will have 84 single-family houses with three- to four-bedrooms ranging in size from 1,443 to 1,872 square feet. The homes will have open floors plans and two- to three-car garages. Prices start in the low $200,000s.

Construction on the model homes will begin this month with a grand opening scheduled for September.

Viscaya, at Saginaw and Euclid avenues, is the builder’s seventh neighborhood in Tulare County and its tenth joint venture with Presidio Residential Capital. For more information, call 559-732-2660.

Granville Homes on June 25 unveiled three model homes in its new line of houses called the Canvas Collection.

The houses, in the Belterra neighborhood near Shields and Armstrong avenues in east-central Fresno, were designed with classic architecture, but have modern features not seen in Granville’s current homes. The houses are built with Granville’s Eco-Smart technology which saves homeowners up to 30% more energy per month compared to other new homes, the company said.

Prices start at $249,950. Only 10 homes will be released in the first phase of the Canvas Collection at Belterra. For information, visit gvhomes.com.
