Fresno Association of Realtors to install new officers

A new year means a new set of officers at the Fresno Association of Realtors, a trade group with more than 3,700 Realtor members.

Leading this year’s board of directors is president Patrick Prince of Keller Williams Westland Realty who replaces Colleen Wiginton of Realty Concepts. Prince has been in the real estate industry for 16 years. He served as the Multiple Listing Service operations manager at the association from 1999 to 2006 and then became a Realtor. Prince was chairman of the MLS committee in 2012 and has served a number of years as a director for the California Association of Realtors.

Other officers include: Kristy Henry, president-elect; Joan Jolly, treasurer; and directors Julie Caglia, Sandy Darling, Brandon Gonzales, Tom Hyatt, Jennifer Martin, Ken Neufeld, Don Scordino, J.P. Shamshoian and past president Colleen Wiginton.

The Fresno Multiple Listing Service committee will also be installed. The 2016 MLS chairman is Javier Cavazos; Annie Foreman, chair-elect and committee members Steve Flach, Anthony Gamber, Lynn Heintz, Carole Laval, Shawn Miller, Tom Miller, Sherri Poindexter, Nikki Thomas and Darryl Wong.
