Tulare County Realtors group welcomes 2016 officers

The Tulare County Association of Realtors welcomed its 2016 officers and directors during the trade association’s annual installation and holiday luncheon on Dec. 9.

Serving as president of the board of directors next year is Darcy Staberg of DS Realty who replaces Scott Ellis of The Equity Group.

Other offices include Ed Morton, president-elect, and Ruben Olguin, secretary/treasurer. The board of directors include: Brian Gilbert, Jose Jimenez, Connie Kautz, Natalie Iaquinto, Bob Clark, Wendy Simpson-Little, Mike Allen and Joseph Nguyen.

The association also presented awards during the luncheon. The award winners include:

▪ Heather Ruggles of Property ID, Natalie Iaquinto of Modern Broker and Nicole Juarez of Equity Group – Presidential Awards

▪ The Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award was dedicated in memory of Kelly Salcedo of RE/MAX - All Estates. Her husband, Steve, accepted the award on her behalf.

▪ Andy Mota of Mota Insurance Agency – Affiliate of the Year Award

▪ Karen Clark-Osborne of Modern Broker – Realtor of the Year Award
