TownPlace Suites Fresno, a Marriott hotel, in northeast Fresno has been sold to a California-based hotel group.
The sale was announced Nov. 2 by Hunter Hotel Advisors. The investment advisory firm headquartered in Atlanta represented a Los Angeles-based hospitality company in the sale. The price was not disclosed.
“There was significant interest in the hotel because of the Marriott brand and the California location,” said Danny Givertz, the firm’s senior vice president.
The 92-room hotel, built in 2000, is located just north of Herndon Avenue and Highway 41.
