Two more central San Joaquin Valley homebuilders are opening new neighborhoods this summer.
Granville Homes will unveil its new Copper River sales center and five model homes for the last phase of its Via Fiore development at 9:30 a.m. Saturday. The northeast Fresno neighborhood is the builder’s first new gated community in eight years.

The sales center is located at 1607 E. Benvenuto Ave., off North Alicante and East Bella Via avenues. Prices start at $433,450.
Sierra Crossing will have large home sites up to 16,000 square feet and houses up to 3,899 square feet in size with seven bedrooms. Buyers will have an option for multi-generational designs and a first-floor bedroom suite. The houses also have energy smart features and designs. Prices start in the low $300,000s.
