This year’s house is the De Young EnergySmart Residence 260 Multi-Generational home — a design that provides a second, separate living space under one roof. It is located in the Park View development at Temperance and Sierra avenues.
The 3,000-square-foot house will have four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a formal dining room and two covered patios.
The multi-generational floorplan can be used as a mother-in-law suite, a space for an adult child or a home office. It includes a bedroom and bathroom, a kitchenette, a living space and a private entry.
De Young has raised more than $7.6 million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital through the annual giveaway. The company hopes to raise another $1.1 million this year.
Tickets will go on sale in August.
