The first neighborhood in Madera’s new Riverstone master-planned community is ready to open.
Homebuilder McCaffrey Homes will celebrate the grand opening of Santerra on Saturday and Sunday at the development west of Highway 41 and Avenue 12, just a hop and a skip north of Fresno’s River Park.
The one and two-story homes will range in size from 1,598- to 2,880-square-feet in size with up to five bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Every two-story floor plan has a first-floor bedroom and bath ideal for older children, in-laws or guests. The houses also exemplify “the California spirit” with expansive covered patios or outdoor rooms to combine indoor and outdoor living. Prices start in the low $300,000s.
Santerra residents will be the first to enjoy The Lodge, a resort-style community clubhouse expected to open in the spring. The Lodge is a short walk from Santerra and will have a great room, gathering places, a fitness center and a pool and spa, children’s pool, outdoor fire pit, demonstration kitchen and community garden.
