De Young Properties is celebrating a decade of building the St. Jude Dream Home with a Country Fest.

On Oct. 21, participants will be able to tour the St. Jude Dream Home, see a special unveiling of the master bedroom mystery suite by celebrity designer Michael Moloney, of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition fame, and hear a little bit of country music.

The Clovis and Fresno-area builder has raised more than $8.6 million since 2007 to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. This year’s grand prize home is a 3,484 square foot, five-bedroom, four-and-half-bathroom home in the builder’s Sierra Crossing community west of Highway 168, and north of Sierra Avenue, in Clovis.

The festival begins at 5 p.m. at the dream home, 166 N. Oxford Ave. Moloney is expected to be at the event along with country artist Brandon Pasion. There is a $10 suggested donation at the door to benefit the hospital.

Tickets for the dream home are $100 each. To reserve a ticket, call 800-543-5887 or visit the Fresno Coin Gallery Jewelry & Loan, De Young Properties Welcome Centers or the Fresno County Federal Credit Union. The drawing will be held Nov. 20.
