A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday to celebrate the completion of an expansion project in Clovis for the California Health Sciences University College of Pharmacy.
The university built a 17,000-square-foot annex building at 45 N. Clovis Ave., across the street from the school’s temporary campus just south of Herndon Avenue and Highway 168. The annex building has a large classroom, two small classrooms for electives, a student lounge, collaboration rooms, study spaces and faculty offices.
University officials announced this year that the permanent campus will be built near Temperance Avenue and Highway 168, just north of Clovis Community Medical Center.
