The 30,000-square-foot facility will be built on a vacant piece of land at the Friant Road and Highway 41 interchange. An additional 11,000-square-foot retail building also will be built next to the restaurant, according to Lance-Kashian & Co., the developer.
The company is accepting proposals for retail concepts to be added to The Village. Proposals can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
