Awards

• 

Young’s Commercial Transfer

has been honored for its outstanding safety record in the truck and at the terminal, achieving top honors for the fifth consecutive year, at the California Trucking Association’s Fleet Safety Awards. Jess Nunez, safety manager of Young’s Commercial Transfer, accepted the first place award for flatbeds traveling more than 4 million miles per year.



• 

Golden LivingCenter – Fresno

won the 2015 Showcase Award from The California Association of Health Facilities (CAHF). In order to be selected, a skilled nursing facility must create positive awareness for long-term care.



Donations

• 

Fig Garden Rotary

donated $1,500 to the Fresno Fire departments for their “Helmets Are Cool” annual program. These are free bicycle helmets for children, which the Fresno Fire department hands out annually as part of its safety programs.



New Faces

• 

Aaron Clothier

joined Family HealthCare Network’s Visalia Bridge Walk-in Health Center as a certified physician’s assistant. He received his degree in physician assistant studies from the Charles Drew University of Medicine and Science in Los Angeles and has several years of experience working as a physician assistant in skilled nursing facilities, hospitals and urgent care settings.

is the new chief credit officer for Suncrest Bank. He joins the leadership team with several years of domestic and international banking experience.
