Adult Calico Cat Still Tries To Fit in Her Tiny Favorite Sleeping Spot
Cats really are creatures of habit and like to have things in a very specific way. They're picky about their food and when they eat, they have a favorite person or toy to play with, and of course, they also have a favorite place to nap.
In this video, we meet an adult Calico cat who stubbornly prefers to rest in her tiny sleeping spot despite being fully grown now, and she doesn't exactly fit the way she used to. Take a look!

The video, shared by @saylor.thecalico, shows a very charming Calico cat who has a favorite place to nap.
This has been Saylor's favorite spot to rest and nap for a long time, but she's technically outgrown the space on the windowsill between the screen and the frame. At one point, she fit perfectly in that spot, but she hasn't for a while because she's an adult. She's unbothered and still just as happy and cozy as if she were half the size she is now.

In the comments, people shared their thoughts on Saylor's love of a window rest and showered her with well-deserved compliments. Some included, "Appreciating the sun and breeze," "Calico locked in on something only she can see, classic windowsill behavior," "I am the same," "So cute," "Just perfect," and several hearts and heart-eye emojis.

Why Do Cats Like the Window So Much?
Saylor knows she found the best place in the home to take naps because it's right by the window, which is a favorite spot for cats in general, according to experts.
MewooFun explains that there are several reasons cats love windows so much, including that they're the best place for sunlight and a natural way to stay cozy from the warmth. Kitties also like to watch what's happening out there, and there's always something that catches their attention, whether it's people, birds, the wind moving things around, or cars zooming past.
So, while it doesn't look like the coziest spot to take a nap or watch things pass by, Saylor knows it's the prime spot, and she's committed.
