In another local news shakeup, Veronica Miracle is headed to a new job in Los Angeles.

The ABC30 Action News weekend anchor announced on Twitter that she is leaving the station and will begin work as a reporter with ABC7 on Monday.

Friday was her last day at ABC30.

Miracle joined Fresno’s ABC affiliate in 2014 as a general assignment reporter. Prior to that she had worked at KLEW-TV in Lewiston, Idaho.

The move puts Miracle in the No. 2 media market in the nation, working for one of the most-watched stations. According to its website, ABC7 was the the first local television station in the nation to surpass 2 million followers on Facebook.
