Mania surrounding the upcoming “Star Wars: Episode VII: The Force Awakens” continues to grow.
More than 30 million looked at the most recent trailer - that debuted during ‘Monday Night Football - during the first 24 hours it was on YouTube. The trailer gave a bump to the NFL games ratings.
The release of the official poster caused more furor. It appears that Luke Skywalker isn’t on the poster. He could be in one of the costumes but despite knowing Mark Hamill is part of the film, there has been little of him in the promotional material.
There’s speculation the hand shown touching R2-D2 in the trailer could be that of Luke Skywalker. It is a mechanical hand and we all know about what Darth Vader did to him.

there’s no question Han Solo has a big part in the movie. Not only has Harrison Ford popped up in the trailers but the Millennium Falcon has been shown repeatedly zipping through the air battling TIE fighters.
There’s still just under two months until the movie openings. That leaves plenty of time for more speculation and excitement.
