Jonathan and Drew Scott, stars of the HGTV series “Property Brothers,” are headed to Fresno. The pair will give a one-hour seminar at noon on Saturday, Nov. 7, during the Fresno Fall Home Improvement Show at the Fresno Fairgrounds.

On their cable show, the twins help couples find fixer-uppers and transform them into dream homes.

The twins started buying and renovating properties when the were teens. Jonathan Scott is a licensed contractor and Drew Scott is a real estate agent. They have been in the business for nearly 15 years including launching Scott Real Estate, Inc. in 2004 to oversee the sales and construction of residential and commercial projects.

Tickets for their Fresno appearance go on sale Monday, Sept. 14 and can be purchased at www.fresnoshows.com. Prices range from $8-$50.

The $50 Golden Ticket gets you home show admission, preferred seating for the seminar, a meet-and-greet with the Scotts and an autographed photo. There are only 45 Golden Tickets for sale.

If you only want to attend the seminar, the cost is $20. Tickets to the home show are $8 and do not include the seminar.

The Scotts’ show is planned for the outdoor Paul Paul Theater but if bad weather is in the forecast the event will be moved indoors into the Industrial Commerce Building. Seating indoors is limited to 3,000. If fair weather is in the forecast, an additional 2,000 seats in Paul Paul will be sold the week of the show.
