In advance of O.J. Simpson’s parole hearing in Nevada on Thursday, there has a renewed look at key players in Simpson’s life – from Kato Kaelin and Robert Kardashian to Simpson’s children, who have mostly been incognito for the last several years.

Buried in that reporting is this nugget: Simpson’s eldest daughter, Arnelle Simpson, lives in Fresno. That’s according to a story in USA Today, which offered little more information on her life.

“Arnelle Simpson, 48, lives in Fresno and is expected to be with Simpson during the parole hearing Thursday,” it says.

Fresno County property records indicate her mother – listed as Marguerite Simpson – has a home in northwest Fresno. Marguerite L. Whitley is O.J. Simpson’s first wife and had three children (Arnelle, 48; Jason, 47; and Aaren, who died as a toddler) with O.J. Simpson before they divorced in 1979, according to a story in Vogue last year.

Simpson had two children with his second wife, Nicole Brown Simpson. Sydney, now 31, and Justin, 28, were in the home when Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman were stabbed to death in 1994. O.J. Simpson was acquitted in the killings.

Arnelle Simpson may be the most visible of the Simpson children. She was somewhat of a celebrity in the ’90s – rumors are, she briefly dated rapper Tupac Shakur. She was called as a defense witness during her father’s murder trail in 1996. She testified for him again in 2013, when he was seeking a new trial for his robbery and kidnapping conviction in Nevada, according to the Los Angeles Times. She also came up with the idea for Simpson’s contentious book, “If I Did It: Confessions of the Killer.’ That’s according to a deposition she gave in 2007.

On Twitter, she’s remembered mostly for being like, really beautiful.
