Original post: The Big Fresno Fair opens this week for a 12-day run of fried-food, odd-ball animal attractions, Fresno history and a live entertainment lineup that includes nightly shows at the Paul Paul Theatre.

The Beehive will be giving away tickets to the full run of shows, including Marie Osmond’s performance, Monday, Oct. 10.

Marie Osmond been in entertainment for five decades –as a singer, television star, talk show host, dancer, actor, author, entrepreneur, philanthropist and public speaker. She is part of the famous Osmond family (and had a TV series with her brother Donny) , but established herself as a solo artist in the 1970s. She continues to make music and perform. Her latest album, “Music Is Medicine” was released earlier this year.
