The Buzz: With Porterville, arguably the second best team around, competing in D-II, Tristin Baxter-powered Clovis West continues to march toward a 10th Central Section title.
El Diamante, which has taken control of the West Yosemite League, is emerging as Porterville's biggest threat in D-II.
