Sanger's Nikko Motta scored 20 as the Apaches knocked off CMAC rival Reedley 55-51 for their first conference victory.
Porterville is 11-0 in the East Yosemite League after beating Granite Hills 55-25. Thomas Nelson led Porterville with 10 points.
