Highlights and box scores from boys Central Section basketball playoff games as reported to The Fresno Bee:

Jackson Glines had 18 points and hit two free throws with 2:12 left in the fourth quarter to help No. 10 Yosemite defeat No. 7 Selma 64-62.

Jackson Carbajal scored 16 points and No. 9 Buchanan held onto a 69-66 win against No. 8 Stockdale. Lyn Scott had 21 points as No. 10 Bullard upset No. 7 Bakersfield 74-60.

Dupree Hull finished with 20 points as Hoover topped Washington 63-47.

No. 7 Kerman scored the first six points in overtime paced by Jose Magana's six points and five steals in a 47-43 victory No. 10 Clovis North. Magana finished with 25 points.

Tyler Bray had 25 points and teammate John Williamson added 24 as No. 3 Kingsburg beat No. 14 Caruthers 64-57.

Marquis Wilson scored 19 points, including a putback off his own miss with 0.4 seconds left that lifted No. 9 Tulare to a 58-57 win against No. 8 East Bakersfield.

Ethen Carrell scored 15 points as No. 3 Hanford West beat No. 14 Roosevelt 57-34.

No. 13 Liberty-Madera Ranchos upset No. 4 Parlier 58-56 with a 16-2 run to end the game, capped by Brandon Sidhu's winning basket on a layup with 3 seconds remaining.

Mykhail Torrence scored 20 points as No. 9 Madera South defeated No. 8 Fresno 62-55.

D.J. Jackson-Maciel scored 18 points as No. 5 Hanford breezed past No. 12 North for a 70-45 win.

El Diamante got 19 points from Justin Kasiorek in its 75-66 victory against Highland.

Devin Johnson scored 19 points to lead No. 5 Corcoran to a 61-45 win against No. 12 Taft.

No. 8 Lindsay went on an 18-3 run in the first quarter en route to a 67-64 victory over No. 9 Sierra. Brian Gonzalez scored a game-high 26 points for the Cardinals.

Fouad Mosleh erupted for 28 points as Chowchilla beat Immanuel 69-57.
