GIRLS BASKETBALL

Robin Draper scored 23 points as Memorial outlasted Sunnyside 56-53 in double overtime. Both entered 5-2 in the North Yosemite League. Sareea Freeman scored 18 points and Tara Wade 15 in the loss for Sunnyside.

Aujanee Armstrong scored 14 points and Tiana Maxwell 10 as Central topped Madera 65-54 in the Tri-River Athletic Conference.

Justina Muratalla scored 27 points to lead Mendota past Avenal 62-29.

Ashley Wilson's 21 points paced Exeter to a 42-37 victory over Coalinga.

Vanessa Gomez led all scorers with 25 points and Lashari Clayborne added 16 to power Roosevelt past McLane 56-40.

Larissa Hensley had 19 points and Paige Armstrong-Maltos 16 as Fresno Christian cruised past Caruthers 74-34.

Dawn Alves accounted for over half of her team's points, scoring 14 as Laton edged Farmersville 27-21.
