Bullard also scored County/Metro Athletic wins over Reedley and Edison.
Central makes its rankings debut at No. 8 after winning the Folsom Bulldog Classic title. Amanda Santiago had a double and 3 RBIs in the Grizzlies' 8-2 victory over Lincoln-Stockton in the final.
After a 3-1 North Sequoia League victory over Washington last week, Kerman has established itself at the team to beat in Division IV.
