Year: Sophomore

Section finals events: 200 free, 500 free, 200 free relay, 400 free relay

She's qualified because: Rebounded from a shoulder injury suffered in the section water polo final to win the fifth, sixth and seventh first-place medals of her two-year career. She defended her 500 free title with an All-America consideration time of 5:00.60. Baxter also anchored the winning relays in the 200 free and 400 free.

The word: "She could have been out for six months. The fact she was in CIF and part of a championship team and part of some really good relays, we were happy.
