Class: Sophomore

Events: 100 free, 200 free

She’s qualified because: Won the 100 free (52.51) at the section finals, then came back and posted an All-American automatic time while placing second in the 200 free (1:51.57). Also a member of the Bears’ second-place 200 free (1:41.09) and 400 free (3:39.58) relay teams. Won the 200 free at the section finals in 2006. Older sisters Erinn and Ashley were both accomplished swimmers at Buchanan who went on to play college water polo.

The word: “She’s really matured a lot this year. We’re hoping that continues because she’s got a tremendous amount of ability. If she sticks with the sport, she can be the best Greenwood of all.” - Buchanan coach Dave Pickford
