School: Bullard

She's qualified because: She's fifth among the top 40 freshmen in the state. She finished 33rd in 18:40 in the D-I state race, and was the third section finisher among 198 runners. She was the fourth-fastest freshman in the D-I field. She placed fifth (19:06) in the section for D-I, and her sixth-place finish (18:16) at the Clovis Invite placed her at the top of Bullard's All-Time Top 25 List for Woodward Park.

The word: "Lyndsie is also a top student and a great team-oriented athlete who supports and is always encouraging her teammates. She is hardest on herself when she doesn't run as well as she thinks she can." -- Knights coach Dan McNamara.
